Pacific's 公共安全部 welcomes suggestions and valid complaints about its service or personnel from local citizens. Your constructive comments provide an open channel of communication between 公共安全 and the campus community. They help us protect the campus community from possible misconduct, and to provide a basis for a thorough and impartial investigative procedure.

The following advisement is required by State 法律: You have the right to make a complaint against a police officer or non sworn employee for any improper conduct. California law requires this agency to have a procedure to investigate citizens' complaints. Your complaint will be reviewed by the Director and will then be assigned to an investigator(s) for review. After completion of a thorough investigation the findings will be reviewed by the Director. You will be sent a letter stating the finding of the investigation.
